About Us

forcespages was launched in Oct 2005 as a Classified Ads and Business Directory. The members and families of British Forces Germany (BFG) were our primary audience. To mark our second anniversary the site has been completely redesigned and upgraded allowing both the business and private user more freedom to design, edit and manage their submissions. These enhancements have also enabled us to extend our services to all three services and expand the site to include the UK, Cyprus, Belgium and The Netherlands We also warmly welcome our NATO allies from around the world and will add further coutries as required.

We have added exciting new features to the site, such as giving businesses the opportunity to offer discounts via a Discount Voucher, an Events Calendar, where registered users can advertise upcoming events in their area and a Postcard Function to send e-cards to friends and family. Additionally participating businesses can sponsor Online Contests.

We are not stopping there - we aim to further enhance the site over the coming months with Property and Employment sections.

Users have complete control over their privacy settings. Through the Registered Users control panel they can remain anonymous. A club or organisation can provide an email address and or phone number. A business owner can provide even more contact information including their full business address. Users can change or update their contact information and set various degrees of privacy settings when logged in.

Our aim is to provide you, the user, with a simple and easy-to-use search facility that lets you quickly find services and classifieds in your area and beyond. With your involvement we look forward to building forcespages into a thriving Tri-Service global community.
